The fitness and nutrition industries have buried people in information and most of it conflicts. People end up chasing whatever trend is loudest right now, not knowing whether it's actually a good fit for their body, their goals, or their situation. Most people get so overwhelmed they don't start at all.
The foundation gets ignored in all of it. It should look like nutrition first and a solid training program second. Those two things done consistently will take most people further than anything else.
Ancillaries, labs, medications, supplements, and peptides can absolutely support your progress but they don't replace the fundamentals or the work. Too many people are taking things they don't actually need, buying products with no real quality control, or working with coaches who recommend them without the education to back it up. It becomes a cash grab dressed up as optimization.
Between the two of us, we hold exercise science degrees, a master's in nutrition, and numerous specialty certifications. We've worked with well over 1,000 people interpreting their labs and building treatment plans that include peptides, medications, and supplements. We know what actually moves the needle and what doesn't. And we only recommend what genuinely makes sense for your body and your situation.

Fat loss & nutrition
High protein. Carbs that fuel you. Fats kept reasonable. Nothing eliminated. No diet tribes. No rules that make eating out impossible or social situations stressful. We work around your food preferences and build something you can actually sustain. What we track are trends over time and we tweak based on what the data tells us. A balanced, whole foods based diet works- people just stop trusting it because the industry keeps selling them something more complicated.
Training program
Built around your schedule, your experience, your equipment, and your goals. We don't do trending workout styles or class-based programming. We do the basics, executed correctly and progressed consistently. You'll know exactly what to do, exactly how to do it, and we'll push you to actually do it.
Bloodwork-led coaching
Most programs skip this entirely. Bloodwork gives us a real baseline- hormone levels, cardiovascular markers, organ function, metabolic health, inflammation, blood sugar, cholesterol, and so much more. We build your plan around what's actually happening in your body, not what we assume is happening. It's the difference between a guess and a strategy.
Pharmacological support
For clients where it makes sense, we provide access to peptides, medications, and ancillary support. Everything is evaluated based on your labs, your goals, and your situation. Nothing is recommended because it's trendy. Nothing is pushed for the sake of complexity. We lay out the options and you choose what's right for you.
Weekly accountability
Every week we review your data- scale trends, strength numbers, measurements, how you're feeling and performing. We make adjustments based on what we actually see, not what sounds like a good idea in theory.

Labs, medications, and peptides are available to clients who need them- evaluated based on your data, your goals, and your situation. Nothing pushed. Nothing recommended that isn't warranted.
What happens after you sign up?
Complete your intake
You'll fill out a detailed questionnaire covering your goals, schedule, training history, and lifestyle. This is where we get the full picture of what we're actually working with.
Intro kick-off call
We meet on a video call to go deeper- your goals, your timeline, what's worked, what hasn't, and what your life actually looks like. This is where we align on the plan before anything gets built.
We build your custom plan
Training program, nutrition targets, the whole thing. Built specifically for you- not pulled from a template, not recycled from the last person with similar goals.
You start & we adjust weekly
Week one you have clear direction and specific targets. Every week after that we review your data and make real adjustments based on what we actually see- not what sounds good in theory.
